This Weekend in Frisco
Pop-punk night, Finding Nemo, First Responders fireworks, a bike ride, Fun Float Night, Harry Potter Night, a Led Zeppelin tribute, Stretch and Sip, and Space Jam fireworks. July 17 through 19 is a full one.
Frisco has another weekend worth planning around. Friday opens with a pop-punk throwback night at Rollertown, First Responders Night and fireworks at Riders Field, and Finding Nemo at the PGA District. Saturday brings a morning bike ride along the Taychas Trail, HALL Splash in the afternoon, Fun Float Night at the water park, Harry Potter Night at the ballpark, and a Led Zeppelin tribute at Rollertown. Sunday closes with Stretch and Sip at HALL Park Hotel, Space Jam Night, a backpack giveaway, and fireworks again at Riders Field.

Three Ways to Start the Weekend
All The Small Things brings a full-throttle pop-punk throwback to The Backyard on Friday night. Blink-182, Green Day, Fall Out Boy, and more — the biggest anthems of the 2000s era delivered with Warped Tour energy. From the first guitar riff to the final singalong chorus, this one is built for jumping and losing your voice. Doors at 7:00 PM, show at 8:00 PM.

The PGA District summer movie series continues Friday night with Finding Nemo on the big outdoor screen. Bring a lawn blanket and settle in at 8:00 PM. Restaurants in the PGA District are open before and after the film and roaming beverage carts will be available. No outside food, drinks, or lawn chairs. Pets welcome on a leash. Coming up: Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen on July 24th and Elemental on July 31st.
A Saturday Stacked All Day Long
This month's Cycle the City route follows the Taychas Trail, a 7.9-mile ride starting at Harold Bacchus Community Park. A conversational-pace ride alongside City of Frisco elected officials and staff from Frisco Fire, Frisco Police, and Play Frisco. Routes combine on-street and hike and bike trails with each ride lasting two to three hours.
The weekly HALL Splash pool experience continues every Saturday through Labor Day. Poolside bites, music, and a social atmosphere from noon to 4:30 PM.
Purchase TicketsThe Frisco Water Park opens for another evening of Fun Float Night with floats in the water, a live DJ, snacks, and activities for all ages. Bring your own float for extra fun. Free for FAC Members and Splash Pass holders. Event passes are $7 for youth and $9 for adults.

The Zeppelin Project brings a full Led Zeppelin tribute to The Backyard Saturday night. Towering vocals, blistering guitar solos, pounding drums, and the full catalog of classics including Black Dog, Rock and Roll, Immigrant Song, Kashmir, and Whole Lotta Love. A serious rock and roll night under the stars. Doors at 7:00 PM, show at 8:00 PM.
