Frisco Freedom Fest 2026
Frisco Freedom Fest returns July 3rd and 4th for two days of Independence Day celebration. Friday evening kicks off with Paws and Stripes at Kaleidoscope Park featuring dachshund races, a dog fashion show, and the Corgi Clash. Saturday brings the Party in the USA 5K at 8AM, a cornhole tournament at Kaleidoscope Park at 11AM, and the full patriotic block party at Riders Field from 4:30PM with live music, a classic car show, food trucks, and the signature fireworks show around 10PM.
USA vs. Turkey
Frisco has two great options to watch the USA vs. Turkey FIFA World Cup match on Thursday, June 25th. The Rollertown Beerworks watch party starts at 5PM with giant-screen viewing, VIP seating, and tournament cocktails. The free Party on the Pitch at Tostitos Championship Plaza at The Star kicks off at 9PM for a full match-day celebration under the stars.
Frisco Fastpacs: Volunteers Needed
Frisco Fastpacs packs weekend meal bags for children in Frisco ISD who may not have reliable access to food outside of school. On Tuesday, June 23rd from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, they need community volunteers to help with a Community Pack at 124 Rose Lane Suite 603. Ages 8 and up are welcome. Sign up in advance through their volunteer portal.
Texiest Texas
Texiest Texas brings live country music, southern food, western activities, and a spectacular drone show to the Frisco Heritage Center on Thursday, June 18th from 6 to 10 PM. The Darrin Morris Band performs live alongside special appearances from The Wranglers equestrian drill team. Barbecue, peach cobbler, a custom cowboy hat bar, a flower bar, and mechanical bull rides round out the evening.
Free Movie Night
Tostitos Championship Plaza at The Star District is hosting a free outdoor screening of Kicking and Screaming on Wednesday, June 17th. The plaza opens at 6:00 PM for soccer-themed fun, sweet treats, and photo moments before the film begins at 7:00 PM. Bring a lawn blanket and pick up dinner from The Star District restaurants before settling in.
2026 Golf Classic
The 2026 Frisco Family Services Golf Classic takes place Monday, June 15th at Stonebriar Country Club with a 9:30 AM shotgun start. Golfers of all skill levels are invited to play for a meaningful cause, with prizes for longest drive, closest to the pin, and more. Last year the organization served over 3,190 individuals and provided more than 602,000 meals.
Sip and Stroll
The Sip and Stroll: Passport to Summer returns to The Star District on Thursday, June 11th from 6 to 9 PM. Guests check in at Tostitos Championship Plaza for a passport stroll map, commemorative tasting glass, and tote bag, then explore globally inspired cocktails, bites, activations, photo moments, and shopping at 18 or more participating venues.
Bowling for Soup Night at Riders Field
Thursday, June 4th at Riders Field is a full evening. The RoughRiders host the Springfield Cardinals at 7:05 PM with Bowling for Soup performing live, a guitar pick tin giveaway for early arrivals, Thirsty Thursday drink specials, and a 21+ Lazy River party for just $25. Tickets start at $13.
Frisco Guinness World Record
On June 4th, Visit Frisco is bringing the community together at Warren Sports Complex for a Guinness World Records attempt to create the world's largest soccer ball number. The event is free, open to the public, and takes place just days before FIFA World Cup 26 kicks off with Frisco serving as the official Team Base Camp for the Sweden Men's National Team.
