Beyond the kolaches, the pastry case is worth a long look. Kolache pastries come plain or with nuts and craisins. Mini cinnamon rolls, available by the dozen with a day's notice, are filled with a beautiful combination of cinnamon, apples, cranberries, and nuts, finished with a drizzle of cream cheese glaze and caramel. Muffins come in blueberry, caramel apple, chocolate chip, raspberry cheesecake, and snickerdoodle.
