This Weekend in Frisco
Memorial Day Weekend is here and Frisco is pulling out all the stops. Live music, baseball, fireworks, farmers markets, pool parties, and a beautiful patriotic concert — there is something for everyone this weekend.
Memorial Day Weekend in Frisco is shaping up to be one of the best of the year. Whether you are in the mood for live country music under the Texas sky, a patriotic concert with the whole family, a Rough Riders game with fireworks, a farmers market Saturday morning, or a smooth poolside afternoon, this weekend has it covered from Friday night all the way through Sunday evening.
"Three days, more than a dozen things to do, and a long weekend worth savoring in Frisco. Get out there and enjoy every bit of it."
Kick Off the Long Weekend
Memorial Day Weekend kicks off Friday night in The Backyard at Rollertown Beerworks with Barefoot Nation, the ultimate Kenny Chesney tribute. Sun down, drinks up, and beach vibes all night as the band works through the hits that define warm Texas evenings. From "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems" to "Summertime" and everything in between, it is the kind of night that feels like a coastal escape without leaving Frisco. Grab a cold Rollertown beer and rally your crew.
If the night is still young after Barefoot Nation, head over to The Revel for 80s Gadgets, a live band playing all the greatest hits of the decade on one of the best stages in DFW. Think Prince, Billy Idol, Billy Joel, Queen, Duran Duran, The Cure, and more — all performed live. The Revel has a full bar, a great menu, and a large dance floor. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
